Benoa Harbour in South Bali is our first and last port destination for our daily fast boat transfer services. Bali’s main port is at the entrance of Teluk Benoa (Benoa Bay), the wide but shallow body east of the airport runway. It is a private marina, the port for tourist day-trip boats, fishing vessels off-loading their fresh catches, and Pelni Inter-Island ferries.
Benoa Harbour is on the northern side of the bay. The harbour is a square of docks and port buildings on reclaimed land and is linked to mainland Bali by a 2 km causeway, which is now also part of the Bali Mandara Toll Rd. It’s referred to as Benoa port or Benoa Harbour to distinguish it from Benoa village, on the southern side of the bay.
